Renee Lapeyrolerie was appointed to the ULS Board in February of 2007. She is a strategic account manager at CDM Smith.

Her community service includes serving on The Beautiful Foundation and the Voices in the Dark Theatre Company. She is a YWCA Role Model and the former commissioner of the Louisiana Stadium and Exhibition District. She received a bachelor's degree from Loyola University in New Orleans.
