Project Team Leadership at Louisiana Tech University In today's highly competitive, resource-scarce, internet-time based world, project management continues to be an important ingredient to organizational success. This concentration will provide students with the skills necessary to meet these demands. Strategic Global Communication at McNeese State University The purpose of the concentration in Strategic and Global Communication is to strengthen the communication skills of today's workers. Foodservice Strategies and Operations at Nicholls State University The concentration in Foodservice Operations will provide students with knowledge in Foodservice Management for restaurants, long-term care, and other institutional foodservice arenas. Public Safety Administration at Northwestern State University The purpose of the concentration in Public Safety Administration is to prepare students for administration roles in fire and emergency medical service, law enforcement, emergency management and related public safety careers. Disaster Relief Management at Southeastern Louisiana University Disaster Relief Management concentration is designed to train people to recognize existing and potential areas of disaster and to plan and execute relief strategies. Health and Wellness at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette The concentration in Health and Wellness is designed to increase Louisiana's workforce in the areas of healthcare and preventative health as it is applied to the continuum in health promotion and lifespan wellness. Financial Services at the University of Louisiana at Monroe The Financial Services concentration will provide students with knowledge in accounting, finance, and risk management and insurance. Cultural and Arts Institutions at the University of New Orleans The concentration in Cultural and Arts Institutions will prepare students to assume leadership positions in the types of cultural and arts institutions for which New Orleans is world famous: music, visual arts, theater and dance.
